We will prepare multi-course dinners and serve them to you and your guests, freeing you to simply enjoy your party and the company of your friends.  We will plan the dinner with you and print up menus to be given to your guests at the beginning of the meal.  On the afternoon or morning of the day of your dinner party, we will get all of the necessary ingredients and prepare them for the dishes that you have selected.  During your party we will prepare the courses at a pace that you select and serve them to you and your guests.  At the conclusion of the meal, we will clean up so that all you have to do is to enjoy your guests.
